The Newfoundland & Labrador Association of REALTORS®

The Newfoundland and Labrador Association of REALTORS® was created from the merger of three local real estate Boards. The new Association represents more than 560 REALTORS® in all regions of Newfoundland and Labrador, providing professional support and a local Multiple Listing Service®.

Only a REALTOR® member has access to the combined marketing tools of MLS® and the www.realtor.ca web site.

When you see the REALTOR® trademark on a sign, business card or presentation, it means the REALTOR® is licensed and a member of the provincial Association, as well as a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association.

The members of the Newfoundland and Labrador Association abide by the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice. You can review them here.
