Boards - the Huron Real Estate Board and the Perth County Real Estate
Board - merged their operations together March 1, 2001, to better
serve their 230+ members as a not-for-profit association for REALTORS® dedicated
to providing services, education, standard use of forms, and the
MLS® system to it's members.
The Board enforces a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of
Business Practice to it's members to maintain the integrity of
organized real estate; to promote interest in the marketing of
real estate; and to promote, encourage and protect the ownership
of real property to the public.
Our Territory
The Board's trading jurisdiction serves the Southwestern
Ontario area of Huron and Perth County and surrounding area
which includes
Goderich, Exeter, Wingham, Seaforth, Clinton, Bayfield,
Listowel, Milverton, Mitchell, St. Marys, Sebringville, Shakespeare,
and
Stratford.
Steeped in historical charm, Huron and Perth Counties offer
first class beaches on Lake Huron with spectacular sunsets to
the world class theatre of Stratford's Shakespearean Theatre.
This is a great area for artists, farmers, tradespeople and professionals
all working together to build a friendly, sophisticated and very
active community in the heart of Southwestern Ontario.
