JAMES T. KOVACS - PRESIDENT
Jim Kovacs has been a member of the board since 1976 and has owned his own Firm since 1979. He served as President in 1981, 1993 and 1994 and has worked on behalf of organized real estate in various positions on board committees and task forces. He served at the Directors level again in 2006 as Vice President and was reappointed to this position again for 2007.
ROSAIRE A. CARTIER - PAST PRESIDENT
Rosaire Cartier has been licensed as a Salesperson for approximately 21 years. He is currently with Colwell Banker Gagner & Assoc. Excel Realty Services. He has served the Real Estate Board as President in 2000, 2006 and now again in 2007 and worked on many different committees and task forces for the past 15 years.
SYLVIA RINTJEMA - PRESIDENT-ELECT
Sylvia has been in the Real Estatre Industry since 1997. She is a Mother of three children and a lifelong resident of Chatham-Kent. Actively involved in the community and church event, Sylvia has achieved award winning status in her position as Salesperson for Royal LePage Peifer Realty.
ANNA MAE MCPHAIL - DIRECTOR
Anna Mae McPhail Real Estate Broker has served the Real Estate Board for three terms as President in 1998, 2005 and 2005. Through the years she has contributed much to other committees and task forces. Anna Mae has been in the real estate business in Ontario since 1976 and has a family owned and operated real estate company.
TERI LYNN HARLICK - DIRECTOR
Teri Lynn Harlick is a full time REALTOR® living in Chatham-Kent for over 35 years. She is presently serving her second term as a Director of the Chatham-Kent Real Estate Board and acts as chairperson for the Professional Standards Committee. She is community service minded and is a member and treasurer of IODE (local chapter) as well as volunteering for the Special Olympics and Southwestern Regional Centre
